The Service
AI Agent Pages provides a curated directory of websites, readiness scoring, listing pages, developer APIs, and optional account features (submit, claim, boost). We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep contact details current. Admin and curator access is limited to authorized operators.
Submissions and listings
- You may only submit or claim sites you own or are authorized to represent.
- We review submissions and may approve, reject, or remove listings at our discretion to maintain directory quality.
- You grant us a license to display listing metadata, scores, and related content on the Service and in machine-readable discovery formats (MCP, APIs, llms.txt).
- You remain responsible for your site’s content, compliance, and third-party terms.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in ways that harm availability, submit malware or illegal content, or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts or listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Paid features
Paid products (such as priority review or featured placement) are billed through our payment provider. Fees are as shown at checkout unless stated otherwise. Refunds follow our stated policy at purchase time.
Disclaimers
The Service and readiness scores are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee directory placement, traffic, or agent discovery outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Agent Pages and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from use of the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited.
